That is not the only big news coming out of the company, as according to Ad Age, Google’s Christian Oestlien recently announced that Google+ has begun beta testing brand pages. General Motors and Ford will be the first companies to have sanctioned pages. Previously, the social network banned the practice and deleted any brand profiles as Google believed that it wasn’t ready for this type of page.
