Jay Haverty

CEO

Jay is the Chief Executive Officer of d50 Media. As CEO Jay oversees day-to-day management, Client Delivery, service operations, information technology, and new business ventures.

I am fascinated by new and different business models and industries. I enjoy figuring out how to adapt the best practices from one industry or vertical to a completely different one.

Previously Jay served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Sokolove Law. He was instrumental in building the firm's core business and improved customer service delivery while supporting the growth and success of Sokolove Law's co-counsel firms. Jay also worked as a senior associate at Accretive, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, and a principal at Celsius Capital, a Shanghai-based venture capital firm, where he focused on telecommunication services, and a consultant at Mercer Oliver Wyman, where he assisted clients on a broad array of strategic issues ranging from acquisition integration to business development. He also worked on the corporate finance team of Credit Suisse First Boston's Technology Group corporate finance team.

Seth Cargiuolo

Director of Communication Strategy

I’ve spent most of my adult life helping people turn complex and sometimes controversial topics into compelling stories that drive action. I can’t stop. I won’t stop. I love this stuff!

Seth brings over 18 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, grassroots advocacy, and digital strategy serving clients such as Wynn Resorts, Chesapeake Energy, and The Williams Companies. At d50, Seth oversees strategy for all clients and campaigns, and manages the paid search, social media, SEO and DRTV teams. He formerly served as Director of Digital Strategy & Chief Knowledge Officer for The Saint Consulting Group, and led international operations at Windward Systems, Inc. He holds an MBA from Northeastern and a bachelors in Public Relations from Boston University.

Kathy Dorney

Director of Client Finance

To me, the work of reconciling accounts is rewarding, not frustrating. I love the fact that numbers are solid and indisputable—unlike the subtlety of words. Thank goodness someone smart invented spell check. I'll bet he/she was a numbers person too.

Kathy’s experience includes over 20 years of meticulous month-end financial reporting. Before d50, she balanced the books for Sokolove Law LLC. Kathy is a senior member of the agency team. Her primary responsibilities include client billing and financial reporting.

With over ten years of marketing operations experience, Scott leverages your campaign data for optimal marketing impact and maximum return on your investment. Previously, Scott held operations, business development, and marketing roles at Sokolove Law, and C. Paul Luongo Company.

Eric Lander

Associate Director of Digital Marketing Strategy

We face new and exciting circumstances daily and I really enjoy finding ways to blend technology, analytics and creative to solve problems for digital consumers. 

Eric brings 17 years of online marketing experience to d50, where he oversees search engine optimization (“SEO”) and content marketing. Eric co-founded Top Site Listings in 2000 and has gone on to manage organic search marketing campaigns for clients including Johnson & Johnson, ADP, Inc., National Association of Realtors , ADT Home Security, Autonation, Quicken and more. He has been a featured speaker at national industry conferences including Search Marketing Expo and Affiliate Summit and has authored more than 1,000 industry articles across publications including Search Engine Journal, Search Engine Guide, ISEBD, SEO Today and Bruce Clay.
